Multi-vehicle car accidents can involve many different variables, in which an otherwise minor fender bender can manifest into a serious accident with catastrophic injuries.

These types of serious injuries proved fatal for an Ohio woman who was involved in a multi-vehicle car accident recently. According to reports, the accident occurred on State Road 128 at or near the intersection of Hine Road. The victim’s car was hit head-on when a Nissan crossed over the grass median and struck her vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Nissan then went on to strike a semi-truck and another vehicle before hitting a guardrail. The crash is under full investigation. It is unclear at the moment what caused the driver of the Nissan to leave the proper roadway. The accident happened in the morning, but there could be any number of reasons why the driver left the roadway. Nothing is being ruled out until the investigation is complete. Car accidents with a fatality are tragic and it’s entirely possible that it could have been prevented.

Realizing that you are about to be in a car accident can often be unavoidable and deadly. The family members of the victim who died in this recent crash will certainly be looking for answers as to what and who caused the fatal car accident that killed their loved one. If there was any type of negligent or reckless conduct that caused this fatal accident, there may be legal options to potentially pursue in civil court.
